Having the carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned, giving staff the tools to keep their desks fresh and work surfaces hygienic can only be a good thing if you want to keep your workforce fighting fit.

Freshen up the workplace by replacing bulbs and carrying out little repairs - fix that desk trim, get the window working and generally give the place a once over for any maintenance issues.
The wear and tear on your flooring over winter means that it’s going to be in need of some TLC come springtime. Have carpets and any other flooring professionally cleaned to bring back the freshness and make the place feel like new again.
Encourage employees to keep their own workspaces clean. A survey from the US revealed that 92 per cent of workers regularly ate at their desks, so do you have sanitising wipes or spray easily accessible to people so that they can keep their own environment dirt and bug-free?
Keep the bathrooms clean; this should go without saying but the toilets should be cleaned daily and given a really good deep clean on a regular basis to remove all traces of grime and dirt. A quick once over with a bottle of bleach won’t cut it if the sinks are stained, taps are dripping or the hand driers not working properly.
